A long time friend of mine was in town with her family last Sunday afternoon to say good-bye before they head to Asia as missionaries to an unreached group of people. It was wonderful to see them and to hear their story of how the Lord lead them to this work they will now leave a life of comfort for.
Jimmy and I sit in awe at people who are so willing to go and answer such a difficult call. It really puts things in to perspective this time of year when materialism is at its peak and here are these people packing every thing they own in two suitcases per person and leaving everything they have ever known and all those they love in order to reach others for Christ.
Thank you Rob, Alicia, Hannah and Hudson for your example of selflessness!

Our hearts and our prayers go with Rob, Alicia, Hannah, and Hudson as they journey to the far country to share the real meaning of life with others...knowing Jesus Christ! Gary and I so happy to have gotten to hear their story here in our home before they get away...Thanks for posting this precious picture, THZ!
