Snow days

Just as I was beginning to think were gonna cheated of our one of two Texas snow days we got a whole bunch of them in a ten day span. We not only got our normal ice but we also got real true snow!!!! Like make snow ice cream kind of snow and build a real snow man snow!! So much fun. I LOVE our Texas snow days!! 

This was at 11:00 at night and it was so bright you could see all the way to the back of our property. So crazy. It was a true blizzard for us Texans. It came in so fast and poured snow for quite a while. It was amazing!!!!

Valentine's scavenger hunt

We had our 5th annual Valentine's Day scavenger hunt and it was the best one so far. We planted clues all over our property and the neighbors land and the vacant house across the street. We used the golf cart to go to all the clues and they finally found the treasure box in Jimmy's trunk. This year the treasure box was full of board games!! 

The morning of Valentine's Day Jimmy took the big girls to see Annie at our local children's theatre. I stayed here with the little ones and we made homemade Chocolate covered strawberries!!

The afternoon of Valentine's we attended a homeschool book fair and had so much fun seeing lots of friends and getting some fun books! 

All in all it was a great Valentine's Day!!

Vine climbing

Leading the littles in some preschool songs before bed. She is constantly doing fun and creative things with them. Maybe she will be a teaching some day. 

Saturday fun

Sister set #2

These two sweet sisters are getting to be good friends already!! 

Zoo day

We had a nice day today before we get a streak of highs in the 30's so we headed to the zoo and had the best time! We were 7 of the maybe 50 people at the entire zoo.... Soo nice!! I just adore being with these little people!!
